Even with Kevin Sawyer now retired excellent service has continued. But apparently my review needs more characters. So here they are.

Just had my first exam, review and cleaning at this dental practice. (A couple fillings come next.) At this point, however, I must say that this place is staffed by rock stars. So far, I have interacted with Dr. Vaswani (fabulous: skilled, articulate, charismatic), Olivia, Erika, Kristi and Sabrina...all VERY professional and caring. I will add that the equipment they have is state-of-the-art...impressive and helpful in understanding my needs. Net: I am delighted to have found this practice and these fine people.

Always such a great experience and I love coming to the dentist now :) Dr Vaswani and Dr Shah are professionals and are great at what they do. They listen to your needs and are very thorough. They both have great bedside manner and we enjoy coming to their clean and beautiful practice! I always leave with my teeth and smile looking at its best. Thank you both!

Last week my first visit to Los Altos Family Smiles was truly amazing. The team of Dr. Sagar Shah and Dr. Sheena Vaswani worked (cavity filling) on my special needs young adult with a lot of patience and genuine concern, respecting the patient's frequent break requests, giving constant positive verbal reinforcements, and getting the work done successfully (without General Anesthesia). I had previous dentists tell me the work can be done "only" under General Anesthesia. I trust them immensely and feel blessed to have Dr's like them who really care and go out of their way and not generalize that all disabled adults "must be" sedated under GA. Highly recommend the clinic. Professional staff and very clean clinic.

You will always get great service with a great attitude from the hygienists to the wonderful dentist duo Dr. Sheena Vaswani & Dr. Sagar Shah. I got cosmetic resin to fill in some gaps and it made my smile look 10x better!! The office is clean and cute too, you won't be disappointed.

Dr Sawyer DDS was absolutely the best dentist and kept our family's teeth healthy since 1984!! The business was recently sold as Dr. Sawyer retired and unfortunately the service has been absolutely horrible. The new replacement dentist (Sheena Vaswani) is recommending unneeded procedures and refusing to provide patient health records to other healthcare providers as we are planning to switch dentists. Real disappointment and I would avoid this place.
