Kevin Sawyer DDS

Dr. Sawyer graduated from UCSF dental school in 1983 and came to Los Altos in 1984 taking over this practice that was originally started back in 1952. Dr. Sawyer has served on a number of boards, including being the chair of the local dental society, the Mid-Penninsula Dental Association. He's active in the UC San Francisco Alumni Association, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association

As he has said over the years, “my friends have become patients, and my patients have become friends”.

He is skilled and compassionate in all aspects of dentistry. Kids and adults alike love coming to see Dr. Sawyer because of the fun stories he tells and how he subtly places the patients at ease. 

Now that he has “semi-retired” he and his wife spend most of their time either with their 5 grandkids or else trying to hit a golfball, gardening, and making wine.

Although he and Dr. Vaswani often consult on cases together, you can still see Dr. Sawyer’s smiling face in the office on Fridays.
